It is the key to group fitness sessions.

Do you need to be prompted? Pushed Along? Hate to work out alone?

At Everybodies our group fitness classes, we all have a few laughs while time flies along, and before you know it, you have done an hour of exercise full of unique blends of techniques to help you burn calories, keep fit and tone your entire body all at the same time, while in an non-threatening enviroment.

Some come along and try a fitness class at our gym...
