Ingredients
4 egg whites
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup oats
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
dash of cinnamin
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend smooth. pour into pan and cook like pancakes.
This is one complete meal.
