By consuming the majority of your calories in the later part of the day you are setting your body up for fat storage. We’ll give you the secret formula to get your metabolism up and running to start burning fat; instead of storing it, give you increased energy to last you right throughout the day and start eating to fuel your body.
We will be using the illustration of a fire which will be the same as you metabolism. Imagine after going 8-10 hours during the night with no fuel on your fire. It will have died down to just glowing coals. If you skip breakfast the coals die down, nearly going out. Throw on a big log onto the fire (lunch) it takes a long time for the coals to catch onto the log and it just ends up smoldering away for the afternoon. Then the next log (tea) things continue to smolder away again then time for bed. Your body has to try and digest while you are sleeping, instead of resting and rebuilding, your body works at burning through your tea. NO WONDER YOU WAKE UP TIRED.
Now let’s turn this picture around! Starting with the glowing coals again instead this time add just the right amount of fuel to get your fire sparking and get a small steady flame burning. Then 2-3 hours later on add some more fuel, the fire starts to build momentum now. Toss on some more fuel at lunch and we start getting a mini furnace firing away, and so on... you get my drift. In the same way you build a roaring furnace you can really fire up your metabolism.
