All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars, and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. Digital Products (EBooks) are in USD

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa or MasterCard. This is the safest method of payment. Your order will be dispatched once totalbodysolutions.co.nz has verified your credit card transaction and has been approved.

If you are not able or do not wish to pay by credit card (although our site operates through a secure server and is completely safe!), you can pay by cheque or direct credit.

If you choose to purchase an item by cheque, simply print out the confirmation email and send us a cheque. Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Please make any cheques payable to Total Body Solutions Ltd. You can also deposit your payment directly to totalbodysolutions.co.nz bank account - please e-mail us at valerie@totalbodysolutions.co.nz for details.

Delivery Policy

We know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly so please allow up to 14 working days. If there is a delay with your order we will notify you within 48 hours

Freight Charges

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you within 48 hours. With your permission we will then backorder the item for you. Please note, your credit card will be charged at the time of your transaction, if you are concerned that your credit card has been charged and your stock is backordered, you will need to request a refund of your money until such time as your order is ready to be dispatched. Orders are not binding upon totalbodysolutions.co.nz until availability of the product has been confirmed.

Tracking your Order

If you think your order is late, please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing the delivery.

If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow these procedures to ensure fast refund, replacement or credit.

  • Using a good carton, return package via Courier or carrier of your choice
  • Complete the returns form on your packaging slip, if you have lost your packaging slip please ensure the purchases name, address, approximate date of purchase and goods being returned and please state reason for retuning
  • Send goods to Total Body Solutions, 25 Mersey Street, Southland 9700
  • Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund or replacement.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase or would like to cancel your order, so please choose your product carefully. A refund is at the discretion of totalbodysolutions.co.nz and is likely to incur a 10% booking fee of the original purchase price. This booking fee covers the transaction charge that we incur for accepting your credit card transaction, our time in processing the order and in refunding.

However, if the goods you have received are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

What happens if my goods are damaged in transit?

If your order is delivered and is either broken or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valerie@totalbodysolutions.co.nz. Or phone (03) 208 6165. We will rectify this as soon as possible.

Any transit breakage will be replaced or credited. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Credit Card Refunds

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your card statement.
